We don’t see a lot of medieval themed weddings. When Daniel and Kristin told us about their medieval “Princess Bride” themed wedding we were thrilled.

We are big fans of the classic movie “Princess Bride”. We’ve watched it with our kids over and over. We love all the humor and scenery. The Princess and the Pirate find “True Love.”

To pass up this wedding would be “inconceivable.”

Daniel and Kristin had their wedding in the enchanted forrest at Woodland Park Vineyard in Stillwater, Oklahoma. This was a perfect setting for this enchanted wedding. All the guest had elaborate costumes. There were swords and lanterns as part of the decor. Every detail showed the heart these two had. Even the Parson started the wedding with the classic line from the movie, “Mawage. Mawage is wot bwings us togeder today. Mawage, that bwessed awangment, that dweam wifin a dweam…”

It was classic!

Even the toast all the guest repeated the line. “As you wish!” You have to see the movie to understand.
